Eligibility for Returns

• Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery.
• The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
• Perishable products (like Jeevamrut or Neemastra) are not eligible for returns.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Refund Process

Once your return is approved and received, we will process the refund within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
